Jaws began to consecutively drop within the Utmost Unity Mind-Realm. Eyes glued to the spiritual projection, staring at the silver-eyed young emperor holding the decapitated head of a renowned Palace Master of a Star Palace, as their hearts pounded with horror-fueled disbelief.
They couldn't see clearly through the erected talisman array, yet the clear signs of the Palace Master of the Talisman Star Palace's fright-filled and soulful eyes dimming until all signs of soul vitality vanished, a sign of true death, imprinted itself onto their True Souls without fail.
However, what really shook them to the core was the utterance of six names, given a strange tonal emphasis that couldn't be noticed easily before. Now, it was impossible not to notice. A list of six that was verbally declared by the Neo-Dawn Ascendant Emperor, and the names were being eliminated in reverse order.
Additionally, as if to add to the dread and bone-chilling effect, Wei Wuyin was outrightly indicating who was next. Was this the fury of an emperor?!
If the Zeniths and Dao Enforcers within the Utmost Unity Mind-Realm were this shaken, one could imagine the reactions of those directly involved with the situation. Superior Black Widow, Superior Yanzi, Superior Di, and lastly, the very next target: Palace Master Shattered Star, were solemn to an extreme.
Wei Wuyin held the head of their ally aloft, tauntingly declaring the next death from within his recent victim's turtle shell. A shell that became an inescapable prison that was somehow breached without any warning, causing them to be unable to deliver any timely aid or interfere despite their great strength.
With a blitz-like dash, Superior Yanzi's resonant qi flared as he interfaced with his Minor Authority of Spatial Law, gathering the profound aura of the heavens that functioned as the gears of the universe, all under the direction of his resonant qi, a micro metaphysical emulation of heaven's core energy, fused with spirituality delicately and extensively cultivated by his efforts.
Suddenly, unlike before in his battle against Su Yi, Superior Yanzi displayed the true power of a SUPERIOR SAGE! A resonant qi imbued with the authority of the heavens! Briefly, under the power of his Microheaven and Minor Authority, Superior Yanzi's figure seemed to expand endlessly and infinitely, becoming a micro-representation of heaven itself!
The unique ability of Superior Sages, which allowed them to differ from others—Heavenly Embodiment of Superior Authority! Often shortened to Superior Authority! Guided by the Resonant Qi of the Heavens, their Minor Authority was fueled not just by Soul Energy, but by the emulated force that resonates with the heavens themselves!
Wei Wuyin's Celestial Eyes pulsed incessantly as he felt nostalgic, almost as if he had returned all those years ago, where he dared to glimpse at the Heavenly Daos' secrets, indirectly peering into the heavens!
Superior Yanzi held nothing back. Not even the Mystic Prohibition could restrain his Resonating Soul Spatial Arts, not even in the slightest, as he reached out with an open palm with fingers that twisted into an aggressively clenched fist.
The spatial territory that Wei Wuyin inhabited was sealed. By heavenly authority, even the Void was indirectly affected, gaining a spatial membrane of obstruction. Then, Superior Yanzi arrived before the barrier via Spatial Shift-esque power, appearing as if all space was his to enter with a mere thought, far surpassing typical Spatial Shifting. To Resonant Soul Realm cultivators, specifically Superior Sages who've grasped the Minor Authority of Space, it was known as Spatial Blinking.
It was best described by mortals as true teleportation! There was no time used between, no way to interfere with the act, a Spatial Shift that wasn't the act of flowing along space at an accelerated rate, but a Spatial Shift that was instantaneous where the laws of space seemed to oblige, simply placing Superior Yanzi wherever he wished within the bounds of his authority!
With a single exhaling breath, his resonant qi exploded outwards. The fiery field for three million miles was dragged into the dimensions of space, vacated by a single act of breathing, an expression of micro-heavenly will. It was similar to how the Keeper of Time had drained away the chaos of Long Shiya's detonation. The action was god-like in nature.
Superior Yanzi no longer seemed insignificant before the grand scale of the world.
Standing before the barrier, his eyes were a mixture of heavenly gold two obscure runes etched themselves onto his pupils as if drawn by his True Soul. They looked remarkably similar to the Heavenly Runes that Wei Wuyin had encountered in the Heavenly Realm of War!
"You've danced enough," Superior Yanzi's voice boomed throughout the world, extending for trillions upon trillions of miles with a natural ease, entering the souls of others, yet to those who hadn't unlocked their True Souls, these words were resounded like tinnitus in the ears. A buzz. A ring. A hiss.
Anything but words.
Then, he drew upon his resonant qi to its fullest, punching into the array erected by the late-Talisman Star Palace Master! A single punch. It was as if his clenched fist had become a heavenly meteor, engulfed in a swirling golden and silver light.
A subdued sound resounded. The array rippled endlessly. However, despite Superior Yanzi using his fullest strength, despite emulating the embodiment of heavenly authority, despite executing a profound Resonating Soul Martial Art that could punch a hole through a small galaxy, the array that was only ten thousand miles and seemingly thin...HELD!!
Superior Yanzi's expression grew incredibly ugly. Why in the flying fuck would this dead bastard establish this restrictive talisman array designed to counter spatial arts, specifically those imbued with the Laws of Space?!
Wei Wuyin found himself spatially sealed, observing all the grand bluster of a Heavenly Embodiment of Superior Authority encountering a grander turtle shell. Initially, his heart pounded with fear. He didn't lie or deny himself this instinctive feeling, but that fear was abolished by his Heart of Cultivation, fueled by incomprehensible experiences for a mortal or Soul of Mysticism Ascended being.
As such, he didn't panic. He calmly inspected the solidified walls of the spatial dimensions, and then the spatial membrane blocking entry into the Void. It was the strongest form of restrictive binding that he had encountered in this lifetime that wasn't the result of an array or formation.
Superior Black Widow and Superior Di didn't take action, observing the situation with their resonant qi flowing readily, but Palace Master Shattered Talisman acted almost instantly upon seeing Superior Yanzi act.
She...FLED!!

Instantly, she made a mad dash toward the Utmost-Heaven Guardian Array! She didn't hide her actions in the slightest. And given the developing situation, none of the Superior Sages remotely blamed her or those watching from the Utmost Unity Mind-Realm.
Wei Wuyin was systematically eliminating the weakest of them! And she was obviously next on the list! The last remaining consolidated Microheaven Envoy who was not a Superior Sage! She didn't hesitate to escape and seek the safety of the Utmost Purity Galaxy.
She resorted to executing her fastest Movement Art while supported by talismans imbued with acceleration energy and a peak Mystic-World Armament of crimson wings, slicing across space at mind-boggling speeds. Subtly, she was on the verge of igniting her Resonant Soul for a boost.
It would be a grave injustice not to describe the absolute terror within her True Soul! Two experts, who she would consider were no weaker than her, and especially one who had established a fortress that even a Superior Sage of Spatial Law couldn't breach while exerting their Superior Authority, were beheaded within a short period of each other! She was terrified! She was RIGHTFULLY afraid!!
Her injuries acquired during the explosion were ignored entirely as they were exacerbated by the flight, causing her to leak blood from her lips, ears, and eyes. She held nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BACK!
Superior Black Widow and Superior Di were keenly aware of the Talismanic Aegis of the Three-Thousand Worlds Array's power, with the latter declaring immediately upon its deployment that even he'd have difficulty breaching the array. They didn't waste their power for this reason.
However, Superior Yanzi hoped to leverage his Superior Authority to overwhelm the array, potentially bypass it as Wei Wuyin had, yet the only thing his god-like strength could achieve was the complete sealing of the spatial dimensions around the array, not able to make any spatial-ignoring attack through it to reach those within.
Despite having attacks that could strike instantaneously, notoriously difficult to dodge or anticipate throughout the galaxy as a Spatial Law Superior Sage, all of it was negated by the array's power.
After throwing that punch, Superior Yanzi glared at the array. The Superior Authority consumed a disgusting amount of Resonant Qi of the Heavens and placed a strain on his Microheaven. While it elevated his strength, akin to a Soul Idol, Astral Idol, or Mystic Idol, it came at great cost. He didn't dare to attack a second time.
In fact, after reinforcing the spatial walls, Superior Yanzi canceled his exertion of his Superior Authority with fury etched across his face.
Wei Wuyin blinked. The strength that Superior Yanzi just exuded was phenomenal. He finally understood the true depths of a Superior Sage's strength. He looked at Superior Yanzi, Superior Di, and Superior Black Widow. These Superior Sages had power that far surpassed his own, but expressing that power was difficult and required great cost.
"Let's seal the array!" Superior Yanzi shouted, wanting to seal Wei Wuyin in folds of spells and arts that would eternally bind him here. If he sought to hide in a turtle shell that wasn't his, then it could become his prison.
Superior Black Widow and Superior Di, however, didn't listen. Instead, they watched Wei Wuyin attentively. They weren't fools; Wei Wuyin had entered the array without warning, there was an underlying implication that he could escape the array too. Sealing the array without understanding how he was slipping in and out when a Superior Authority Spatial Cultivator couldn't breach it was pointless. To counter your enemy, you needed to first understand how their strength worked.
'This array is easier to hijack from the inside,' Wei Wuyin idly thought as his spiritual strength invaded and refined the array thoroughly, seizing control over it. It was truly ownerless. Well, not anymore.
Then, he grinned.
This grin was as if it had survived the depths of Hell and the wrath of unseen divinities, accompanied by a gaze of murderous amusement. A chill struck the spines of all three Superior Sages.
Superior Di hurriedly shouted toward the Utmost-Heaven Guardian Array, "ALLOW HER IN! PULL HER IN! NOW!!"
As those words were blasted into the Dark Void toward the Utmost Purity Galaxy, the Palace Master Shattered Star felt her heart nearly explode with fear. She instantly ignited her Resonant Soul, boosting her strength by threefold, becoming a comet of soul light imbued with resonant qi! She was pushing herself to the limits!
Within the Utmost Unity Mind-Realm, Superior Shizi hesitated. This hesitation stemmed from a complex array of reasons, and the most obvious was his unwillingness to offend Wei Wuyin so directly. At least, he didn't want to
open the array.
She carried an entry emblem unique to the array tethered to her soul aura. She could easily enter the array without any resistance. But opening it and using the array to bring her in was far different than her entering by her
lonesome.
"NOW!!!" Superior Di's scream thundered within the Mind-Realm.
That hesitation was enough.
The eyes of everyone went wide.
The speedy Palace Master was blazing a path across the void, only a few billion miles away from the array. For
those at their level, it could be equated to a single leaping step. Only a single step.
However, that step would never be taken.
The Talismanic Aegis of the Three-Thousand Worlds Array flashed with a grey color, and then it...
...vanished.
Before the eyes of Superior Sages.
Before the restrictions of a Superior Authority.
Before it all, the sphere vanished. When it emerged, it had accurately engulfed the Palace Master. Her figure vanished in the haze of grey.
There was no shriek or cry. There was no deathly howl. There was no explosion of Resonant Soul from within the
array.
The Superior Sages stared as a full three seconds passed, as if time itself had slowed down. An opening emerged from the array, and walking out was a lone silver-eyed man, holding a bloody saber in one hand, a freshly severed
head in the other.
"Superior Black Widow, Superior Yanzi, Superior Di, Palace Master Shattered Star, Palace Master Talisman Star,
and Sovereign Goliath Bird.
"Three left."
Superior Di's pupils constricted to their absolute limits. Without hesitating, he unleashed his Heavenly Embodiment of Superior Authority! The Law of Earth! Minor Authority!
