“Didn’t expect me to have a trick up my sleeve, did you?”
Xu Daqiang, with a cigarette in his mouth, ogled Su Ling boldly. “Drop what you’re holding and stand up. Be good, and walk into the tent. Go inside, strip naked, and wait for me. Don’t make me do it myself.”
Su Ling shot a look at Xu Lin and the other two. They obediently dared not make a move.
Discarding the gnawed bone onto the table, Su Ling looked up at Xu Daqiang. “Okay.”
“Hands up,” Xu Daqiang said, his gun pressed to her head. He showed no mercy to Su Ling, who remained calm and collected.
Su Ling complied, raising her hands and standing up.
“Hmph,” Xu Daqiang spat on the ground, then jabbed Su Ling with the gun. “Turn around and walk into the tent.”
Seeing Xu Lin about to act, Su Ling shook her head at him and then turned, walking into the tent as Xu Daqiang instructed.
Under everyone’s watchful eyes, they only saw Su Ling being forced by Xu Daqiang into the tent and obediently going inside. Xu Daqiang followed.
Xu Lin and his two companions clenched their fists, veins bulging on their foreheads.
If Su Ling hadn’t signaled them not to act rashly, they would have fought to the death, even if it meant losing their lives.
Once inside the tent, Su Ling knelt on the rug with her back to Xu Daqiang.
Xu Daqiang followed her in, his gun against her back, his eyes greedily scanning her. “Take off your clothes.”
With her back to Xu Daqiang, Su Ling’s lips curled into a slight smile. She reached for the zipper at her collar and pulled it down.
In the quiet, cramped space, only the sound of the zipper could be heard.
From his angle, Xu Daqiang watched as Su Ling slowly took off her jacket, revealing her fair skin.
Just witnessing this scene, Xu Daqiang became aroused, his throat involuntarily swallowing.
Feeling Xu Daqiang’s disordered breathing behind her, Su Ling’s expression turned sharp. She suddenly spun around, using her removed jacket to entangle the rifle in Xu Daqiang’s hand and yank it hard. She leaned back and kicked Xu Daqiang in the face.
Xu Daqiang was sent sprawling to the ground by the kick, knocking the tent askew.
Su Ling flipped over, her left leg pinning Xu Daqiang’s chest. She pressed the rifle against his temple. “Don’t move.”
Her smile, like a blooming poppy, was beautiful yet deadly.
Xu Daqiang hadn’t expected to fall into Su Ling’s trap again.
Wearing a black tank top, Su Ling pointed the rifle at Xu Daqiang. “Hands up and walk out.”
“Don’t play any tricks. I’m not joking with you.”
Xu Daqiang was frustrated, being subdued by the same woman for the third time.
He crawled out of the tent, half-kneeling, and stood up with his hands raised.
As Xu Daqiang emerged, Chen Youzhao and the others also noticed something was amiss.
Chen Youzhao, the first to sense trouble, raised his rifle and started running towards Xu Daqiang. Then, a ‘bang’ echoed.
Su Ling, who had followed out, held a rifle in one hand and the pistol she had “borrowed” last night in the other.
Before Chen Youzhao could reach them, she shot him in the calf with the pistol.
Su Ling was not afraid of causing trouble.
When she decided to be ruthless, she wasted no words.
Chen Youzhao, shot in the calf, collapsed to the ground face-first.
Su Ling, now in control of the situation, looked at Xu Daqiang’s remaining brothers. Her voice was icy. “Lay down your weapons, or I’ll kill your leader and leave you leaderless.”
With Xu Daqiang subdued and Chen Youzhao shot, the two most formidable figures were neutralized. Seeing this, the others hesitated before obediently dropping their weapons.
Su Ling twisted her neck. “What are you three waiting for? Collect the weapons!”
