Chen Tian stood atop the boomerang, its rapid rotation akin to a halo. His figure was poised upon it, the entire boomerang resembling a UFO. Shi Wang, meanwhile, held his black long saber with one hand, then unleashed a swift slash. Instantly, a phantom image of the saber appeared before Chen Tian. With a sudden leap, Chen Tian separated himself from the boomerang.
He reappeared directly before Shi Wang, ice crystals radiating from his fists. He threw punches, blade-like spurs extending from both sides of his fists, directly attacking Shi Wang. His fists struck Shi Wang's body, causing him to recoil.
As he retreated, Shi Wang did not forget to counterattack. Black demon wings sprouted from his back as he fell back, and a black gale whipped up. The violent wind currents surged towards Chen Tian, who extended his palm. Streams of azure wind appeared in his hand, and these currents coalesced into a ferocious tornado. The black wind was no match for the tornado.
Chen Tian's figure blurred, and he instantly appeared behind Shi Wang. Shi Wang reacted, understanding Chen Tian's intentions, and thrust out a clawed hand behind him. Chen Tian's fist was once again repelled.
This time, it was Chen Tian who was pushed back. He stabilized himself, realizing his opponent was more formidable than he had anticipated. While not as difficult to deal with as the previous Shi Yu Zhe, the difference in levels was still present. The Ring of Hope only suppressed data and levels; other abilities and strength were not suppressed, but there were still some inherent counters.
This was why Chen Tian had been able to repel Shi Wang earlier.

Instantly, a void appeared between their weapons. Both figures retreated.
Chen Tian was the first to regain his footing and charged towards Shi Wang, his longsword dancing. He thrust forward, aiming for Shi Wang's abdomen. Shi Wang hastily stabilized himself, bringing his long saber horizontally. The longsword struck the saber's body, and with a sweep of Shi Wang's saber, Chen Tian's longsword was sent flying. The long saber then swung in a crescent arc towards him.
Chen Tian's figure vanished with a whoosh, his skill: Teleportation. He instantly appeared above Shi Wang's head, his sword tip aimed at Shi Wang's head. With explosive speed, Shi Wang twisted his body just in time. The longsword pierced through the space to his left, missing by a mere centimeter.
He then performed a series of rolls to create distance. Chen Tian displayed a hint of disappointment. It was a shame that this strike had missed; otherwise, he could have severely injured his opponent.
Shi Wang looked at Chen Tian with a cold expression. With a crack, the long saber in his hand broke into two halves. The connection between the hilt and the blade severed, and a bow resembling a Qian Kun Saber appeared in his hand.
The longsword in Chen Tian's hand also transformed into an ice-blue longbow. He drew the bowstring, ice elements flowing and gathering on the bow. Shi Wang drew his long saber bowstring, black energy enveloping him and flowing into the bow. Instantly, both released their fingers. Two arrows shot out, Chen Tian's being ice-blue, Shi Wang's black. The arrows collided, creating an explosion. But it wasn't over. Chen Tian and Shi Wang drew their bowstrings again and released their fingers. A volley of arrows shot towards each other.
The void seemed to transform into a battlefield. Arrows flew like lasers, a rain of bullets, constantly colliding. Chen Tian gripped his right hand tighter, and the vortex intensified. The longbow emanated an ice-blue light, potent elemental power gathering within it. Instantly, an ice-blue beam shot out, shattering the stalemate.
Shi Wang's arrows were like bubbles before the beam, easily broken and unable to resist. Shi Wang, however, showed no panic. Seeing the approaching beam, he twisted the left half of his longbow with his left hand. The blade rotated outwards, and even his arm shifted. The longbow's length shortened. He then gripped the central hilt with both hands and slashed down. Instantly, the blade split the beam in two.
Chen Tian was slightly surprised. This fellow's weapon had quite a few forms. Shi Wang then took a step forward, brandishing his saber and charging towards Chen Tian.
The longbow in Chen Tian's hand instantly melted and then solidified, a Blood Drop-like wheel embedded on the back of his hand.
As the long saber descended, Chen Tian raised his arm, using it as a shield to block the incoming attack.
The blade on his arm spun, resembling a halo, emitting a buzzing sound as immense power collided. With a swing of his hands, he sent Shi Wang flying backward.
Shi Wang and Chen Tian regarded each other, then attacked. Chen Tian's hands swung out, and the halo on the back of his hand shot out, attacking Shi Wang from both sides.
Seeing the flanking halos, Shi Wang pulled his hands apart. His long saber split into two, and he slashed outwards, cleaving the halos in half.
Divine Ice appeared on Chen Tian's left hand, and a colossal ice spike materialized behind him, surging towards Shi Wang. Chen Tian opted for a skill-based attack.
Shi Wang held his dual blades, black energy coiling around them. A massive black blade erupted and collided with the ice spike. Cracks appeared on the ice spike, and then it shattered.
Shi Wang's blade surged towards Chen Tian, who activated his Extreme Dodge. He swayed his body, instantly evading the blade.
