The black water pillars struck the shield, merely darkening it slightly before the shield collapsed and the water pillars dissipated. Facing the dragon and phoenix phantoms, the Demon Plain reacted, its body becoming encased in black liquid, forming a water armor. When the dragon and phoenix phantoms impacted the armor, they were slowly consumed by the water.
Chen Tian showed no emotion. This was all within his calculations. The Demon Plain then spread its hands, and a terrifying vortex appeared in its palms. Black liquid and void energy constantly gathered, forming boomerang-like vortexes of swirling water in its hands.
It threw them, and the boomerangs, carrying immense power, shot towards Chen Tian. Despite being liquid, their sharpness was comparable to any weapon. Chen Tian straightened his arms and opened his palms, and instantly, a nine-colored petal bloomed, resembling a lotus. The two boomerangs struck the petals with no effect. Then, Chen Tian slowly clenched his fist. The Demon Plain's boomerangs were completely consumed by the petals, which then gathered together, forming a bud.
Chen Tian flicked his arm, and the bud vanished. Seeing Chen Tian's defensive capabilities, the Demon Plain immediately attacked again. However, this time, Chen Tian moved first.
Chen Tian's legs were bathed in nine-colored light, and he unleashed a barrage of kicks. Swish, swish, swish! Nine-colored light blades shot out from his legs. Chen Tian's legs continuously unleashed blade energy. The Demon Plain crossed its arms defensively, a shield of black liquid appearing on its arms.

Then, Chen Tian spread his legs apart and spun his entire body. Numerous blade energies, accompanied by the rotation of his legs, continuously shot out, filling the void and charging towards the Demon Plain.
Upon seeing this, the Demon Plain cried out in alarm. Its absorption and conversion had a limit. There were too many attacks, and defending further was pointless.
It then unleashed a torrent of black liquid that surged towards the sky, forming a massive vortex. Chen Tian's blade energies were all drawn into the vortex by its fierce attraction.
The Demon Plain then moved away from its original position. Where it had stood, the black liquid vortex exploded, the sound echoing throughout the void.
Chen Tian remarked, "So that's how it is. You can't convert or absorb when using that move, right? The excess energy compressed and caused an explosion, forcing you to move!"
"Kid, I admit you have some skill, but that's all you've got! Under my methods, you have no chance of killing me."
The Demon Plain said with a confident expression. It knew its own strength best; Chen Tian could at most fight it to a draw.
But a draw was not enough to kill it!
Chen Tian's lips curled into a smile. "Do you really think I have no other way?"
His eyes shifted, and with a series of pops, countless cracks and explosions resounded from within the Demon Plain's body. The Demon Plain exclaimed in shock, "What did you do?"
The Demon Plain was bewildered because its body was disintegrating, crumbling piece by piece. What had Chen Tian done? It hadn't detected it, how was that possible?
Chen Tian said sympathetically, "Remember the dragon and phoenix phantoms you devoured earlier? I'm sorry, those were conscious attacks, so your body is being eroded and damaged by them. As for why you couldn't detect it, I won't tell you."
