Chapter 227: Chapter 227: Excessive Substance Levels

Nora Northwood held the incense tray with her left hand and fanned the scent towards her nose with her right hand.

With a single whiff, she discerned the familiar jasmine fragrance commonly found on the market, but...since the bottle bore no brand name, she couldn’t determine which product it was.

The salesperson beside her assumed she was just pretending and was about to attend to other customers when Nora put down the incense and turned to say, "There’s an issue with the ingredients in your incense."

Upon hearing this, the salesperson immediately flared up, "All our products are sourced from genuine channels; you should provide evidence when you speak!"

Nora wasn’t bothered by the salesperson’s attitude; she slightly tilted her gaze and inquired, "Would customers staying long-term at your place feel the air is stuffy?"

After hearing this question, the salesperson quieted down and reluctantly admitted, "Stores in shopping malls naturally have poor air circulation."

Just then, a woman in professional attire walked over, and the salesperson nodded and greeted with a smile, "Manager Morton."

"You may go back to your work."

Then, the person referred to as Manager Morton led Nora to the meeting room.

"Hello, I am the head of Rhea SPA, you can call me Manager Morton."

This person’s attitude was noticeably much better than that of the salesperson earlier.

Nora seized the opportunity to hand over her business card, "My name is Nora Northwood, and I currently manage an incense studio."

"I heard you mention earlier that our studio’s incense has issues, could you elaborate on that?"

When it came to professional knowledge, Nora’s entire aura changed, her clear eyes revealing confidence.

Her pink lips moved slightly, "It contains an excess of aldehyde alcohol, which can easily cause customers to experience slowed breathing. If they stay in the shop too long, they may feel chest tightness and resort to mouth breathing."

Subsequently, Nora explained a portion of the related details.

After her efforts, she left a very strong first impression on Manager Morton.

Seeing the potential for collaboration, Nora pressed on, "My studio is nearby, about a five-minute walk; if it’s convenient for you, I could take you there for a tour."

Coincidentally, it was lunchtime, so Manager Morton accompanied Nora to VK.

All the way there, Nora’s mouth didn’t stop moving, constantly introducing VK’s business model and the concept behind its original brand.

Her voice was soft and attractive, not making anyone feel she was too verbose.

As Nora had mentioned, the two walked for four or five minutes and saw the VK sign.

The first moment Manager Morton stepped in, she was greeted by an array of scents one after the other.

Though it was a mixture of fragrances, it was overwhelmingly pleasant, as if walking through a field of flowers.

Nora led her to the incense shelf and introduced a product: "This is a woody-scented incense that can calm the mind gradually, suitable for longer spa treatments, allowing guests to have a good rest."

Manager Morton listened intently to her introduction, occasionally nodding her chin.

Nora continued, "This cream-colored incense has a fruity sweetness, and when you smell it, it naturally lifts your mood." As she spoke, she took the incense out from the shelf, "You can smell it; for new clients experiencing the store for the first time, lighting this incense might make it easier to close the deal."

Nora’s meticulousness was undeniable.

She wasn’t merely selling incense products; she catered to different guest types with customized plans.

Throughout the conversation, Manager Morton became quite receptive to VK.
