"You don't cherish what you have once you get it," Shi Xinxin pouted, clearly displeased. She closed the door behind her and had only taken a few steps when Sheng Chenjin's figure flickered into existence.
Shi Xinxin feigned anger, ignoring Sheng Chenjin.
Sheng Chenjin, of course, knew why Shi Xinxin was upset. He tugged at her urgently, "Shi Xinxin, I didn't mean to. I was just delirious from being sick and sleepy from the medicine."

Hearing Sheng Chenjin's explanation, Shi Xinxin felt a pang of sympathy. "If you're not up to it, don't come. Go back and rest properly. I can go to school by myself, you don't need to accompany me."

"I hope you get well soon," Shi Xinxin replied to Sheng Chenjin without politeness.
Sheng Chenjin looked even more innocent. "Don't you like taking care of me that much?"
"Of course not, who likes taking care of a patient? You'd better get well soon. I have my own things to do and no time to accompany you every day," Shi Xinxin said ungraciously.
Sheng Chenjin smacked his lips, appearing helpless and wronged. "Then I'll try my best to get better quickly so you won't worry so much."

Suddenly, as she stepped inside, there was a "pop!" sound, and the area in front of her lit up, albeit dimly. Shi Xinxin looked at what was before her in astonishment.
On the floor, illuminated by ninety-nine small lights from an unknown source, a heart shape had been formed. And in the center of the heart was a bouquet of roses.
Shi Xinxin was stunned for a moment, standing frozen.
Footsteps sounded from somewhere. Sheng Chenjin, dressed in a handsome suit, walked towards her. When he stood before her, he smiled at her gently, a smile Shi Xinxin would never forget.
Suddenly, Sheng Chenjin knelt on the ground, producing a diamond ring from somewhere. "Marry me."

For a moment, Shi Xinxin remained frozen, unsure of what to do.
