At Shibuya Crossing, an average of 3,000 to 4,000 people pass with each change of the traffic light, totaling about half a million each day.
Storm appeared there, landing right in the center of the intersection.
"Beep—" A taxi crossing the road honked its horn frantically.
Storm glanced over, flicked his finger, and a gust of wind shot out.
Hissss! Bang!
The taxi was cleaved in two by the wind, whizzing past Storm and slamming into the crowd waiting at the red light, causing an explosion.
Bright red blood, still-beating organs, charred bodies, burnt faces...
"Ahh!!!" Screams soared to the heavens.
Storm looked at the loudest screaming woman, sneered, and flicked his finger again—
Bang!
His right cheek caved in as if struck by a punch, and he was sent flying, crashing into the Daisheng Hall bookstore.
Storm lay among the bookshelves, a copy of "Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun" with a red cover falling onto his face.
Kujo Jotaro swung over from a distance, alighting gently in the very center of Shibuya Crossing.
"You're not allowed to dress up as a 'JoJo' character and massacre people in the streets," Kujo Jotaro said, hands in his pockets, his eyes emitting a fierce killing intent.
Golden hamon blazed around her like raging flames, her blue Stand materialized behind her, the invisible aura of dominance crushing everything around.

Three streets away from Shibuya Crossing, inside an ordinary-looking car with a luxurious interior.
"Sister Turquoise Pool, aren't we going over there?" Li Qianxia sent a message to Li Changzhou, then asked, puzzled.
"We'll use the dolls to test their strength first; besides, it's our turn to be in the dark now, letting your brother and that woman go at it," Turquoise Pool said, legs crossed, arms folded, eyes closed.
Her black hair began to turn back into luxurious, dreamy white from the roots.
"I see," Li Qianxia said, suddenly understanding, and closed her eyes as well.

At Tokyo Tower, on the railing of the observation deck.
"Shibuya Crossing," Li Changzhou switched his phone screen, searching online for a photo of Shibuya Crossing arranged in chronological order.
"Let's wait a bit longer and let them fight for a while," Yang Qinglan suggested, standing beside him.
"That's exactly what I was thinking," Li Changzhou said with a smile.
The mission was to retrieve the item, not fight to the death. On top of that, the foremost priority was to stay alive above all else; it was best to avoid unnecessary risks.
The nocturnal winds howled from all directions; a slight misstep and one would plunge into the glittering lights of Tokyo below, vanishing without a trace.

Shibuya Crossing
"Ugh!" Kujo Jotaro suddenly clutched her chest.
Another doll jumped out from her collar and landed on her other shoulder.
"My brother said he'll be here soon," said the Li Qianxia doll.
"Whoa! You can talk!" Although she didn't understand what was being said, Kujo Jotaro was surprised all the same, and the hamon on her body quivered.
"It wasn't convenient earlier in the theater; now it doesn't matter," said the Turquoise Pool doll.
"That scared me to death, like randomly buying a bottle of Coke from a vending machine on the street, and when I unscrewed the cap, a bunch of liquid sprayed out, and just so happens I leaned in to take a drink, so I got sprayed right in the face," she said.
"...Are you not right in the head?" the Turquoise Pool doll asked bluntly.
"Um," the Li Qianxia doll made a motion as if pushing up glasses, "what are you two talking about?"
"Now's not the time for this; the enemy is coming," Kujo Jotaro looked toward the Daisheng Hall Bookstore as Storm walked out, unharmed.
"It's you," Storm sized up Kujo Jotaro, "the Stand that can freeze time, do you have it with you?"
