Chapter 325: Chapter 26 – Boros: Energy Unleashed!
Ron vanished from Tatsumaki’s side in a flash.
In the blink of an eye, he reappeared right in front of Boros, who had just launched an attack on Tatsumaki. His right leg, hardened with Armament Haki at level 9, shot out with explosive force—smashing straight into Boros’s chin.
Boom!
Caught off guard, Boros was launched like a meteor, blasting through the reinforced hull of the alien mothership and flying high into the sky.
He came to a stop a thousand meters above the ship, head snapping to the side.
And then—
Ron appeared again. Another brutal kick, even sharper than the last, came tearing through the air.
Boros crossed his arms to block.
BOOM!
A massive shockwave erupted as the very air within a hundred-meter radius cracked and shattered. Fissures tore through the sky, and waves of raw force rippled outward like a storm.
"You’re strong... for a human," Boros said, eyes locked on the man just inches from his face.
Wrapped in pitch-black Haki, Ron grinned. "You’re not too shabby either."
And with that, they both exploded into action—at speeds far beyond what the human eye could follow.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
A blur of black and red—two dragons made of fury and speed—collided midair again and again. Fist met fist. Leg met leg. Every strike shattered space and sent tornados of power whipping across the battlefield.
Boros fired an energy cannon from his palm.
Ron countered with a compressed air blast from his fist.
The two forces collided—KABOOM!—detonating in a blinding burst of light. The resulting shockwave swept across the sky like a tidal wave of destruction.
Above the mothership, the heavens were dyed black and crimson, like a cursed aurora borealis.
The two titans clashed from above the ship to within it.
Wherever they passed, destruction followed like a natural disaster. It was as if demolition crews had torn through the place.
Against a monster like Boros, Ron was finally free to let loose—fully and completely.
Breathing Technique, Activated.
Intent of Strength, Unleashed.
All Three Colors of Haki, Awakened.
Abilities like the Ice Imperial Arm, Float-Float Fruit, and the still-incomplete Distortion Fruit were of no use in a battle like this.
In a fight like this one, only raw power decided victory.
Boros’s armor still held. Ron hadn’t yet unleashed his strongest swordsmanship, nor the full might of his Tenseigan.
Both were just getting started.
...
Beneath the alien mothership—
A group of S-Class heroes stared up at the massive ship hovering above, visibly uncertain.
"Don’t we have any good anti-air options?" someone muttered.
"Of course we do."
Tanktop Master casually picked up a giant boulder and hurled it at the mothership overhead.
But in the next second, he looked around and saw every nearby chunk of debris rising into the air.
"Hey—! Don’t get in the way!"
Tatsumaki had stepped in, using her psychic power to hurl the shattered remains of nearby buildings toward the mothership.
One after another, the ship’s gun turrets were torn apart under her assault. Coupled with Ron’s earlier destruction, the mothership was now groaning under the strain—its systems failing, its weight increasing.
"It’s falling! The ship’s coming down!"
Panic spread among the alien crew as the massive craft began to tilt and descend, whistling toward the earth.
"Calm down," said one of Boros’s top three lieutenants—Geryuganshoop. "Lord Boros is handling the strong one. The rest of these insects... are ours."
And with that, the mothership crashed down like a mountain falling from the heavens.
"Follow me! Wipe them out!"
Another of Boros’s top lieutenants, Groribas, charged out of the wreck with a team of warriors, heading straight for Child Emperor, Zombieman, and Drive Knight.
Geryuganshoop led his own squad to clash with Genos, Bang, and Atomic Samurai.
The S-Class heroes and the Dark Matter Thieves collided in a brutal battle amidst the ruins of City A.
Nearby, the A-Class, B-Class, and C-Class heroes focused on rescuing the injured and evacuating civilians.
And far away...
A bald man was still sprinting toward the battlefield.
"Incineration Cannon!"
"Atomic Slash!"
In a dazzling barrage, Genos and Atomic Samurai launched a combined assault that obliterated Geryuganshoop—until he reappeared seconds later.
"Give it up," he sneered. "Your attacks are meaningless against the universe’s strongest esper."
He split into over a dozen identical clones.
But then—
"Flowing Water, Rock Smashing Fist!"
Bang’s fist pierced through every last clone in a flash.
"I’m not done yet!"
Geryuganshoop’s real body appeared, raising his hands—
Gravity Control.
Suddenly, all three heroes felt their knees buckle. A crushing force pressed down on them, pinning them in place, their legs sinking into the ground.
"He’s manipulating gravity now?!" Atomic Samurai growled.
"This is troublesome..." Bang muttered, sweat beading on his brow.
...
Meanwhile, Groribas’s body mutated wildly, launching acidic attacks like a hurricane of venom. His corrosive liquids forced Zombieman, Metal Bat, and Tanktop Master onto the defensive.
"Die! Acid Breath!"
Zombieman took a direct hit—half his body melted instantly.
The others dodged just in time.
Then, Groribas’s entire body erupted with mouths, spraying acid in a 360-degree barrage.
The heroes were forced to retreat under the onslaught.
"This bastard..." Metal Bat gritted his teeth, gripping his weapon tightly.
"This one’s mine," said a new voice.
Child Emperor arrived just in time, piloting one of his robotic weapons. He unleashed a cloud of freezing white gas toward the acid-spewing creature.
"Cryo Blast!"
Groribas was caught completely off guard and instantly frozen solid.
BOOM BOOM BOOM!
Just then, Metal Knight’s remote-controlled robots launched a full missile salvo. The resulting explosion tore Groribas’s body to shreds.
"This is it!"
Metal Bat leaped high into the air and came crashing down—smashing Groribas’s head, and the strange core inside it, into dust.
...
Back with Geryuganshoop—
Just as Bang and the others were being crushed into the earth under the weight of immense gravity, a voice echoed from above:
"You can’t handle psychic force this weak? What a disgrace."
"Who’s there?!"
Geryuganshoop looked up.
Floating in the sky was a figure clad in a black dress, her green hair fluttering though there was no wind.
Tatsumaki.
"Universe’s strongest esper? Don’t make me laugh."
She raised her hand and pressed it toward him—an invisible force slammed down like a mountain.
WHAM!
Geryuganshoop was crushed into the ground.
His eyes bulged in disbelief as he looked up at her.
"This... this level of psychic power—how is it possible?!"
"What’s impossible about it? That ’strongest esper’ title... you gave that to yourself, didn’t you?"
She clenched her fist.
Geryuganshoop tried to resist with his own power—but it lasted only a second or two.
Before their eyes, his body twisted like a pretzel and was crushed into a mangled heap.
Bang, Genos, and Atomic Samurai stood in stunned silence.
Genos looked up at the sky, awe written across his face.
So this was the Hero Association’s ultimate weapon—the S-Class Rank 2 hero...
Tatsumaki the Terrible Tornado.
...
Inside the alien mothership—
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Chambers exploded one after another like firecrackers. Fire engulfed corridors, wreckage blazing in every direction like a storm of artillery fire.
BOOM!
Ron was blown out of the mothership, a streak of black light soaring through the sky.
Hot on his tail, a crimson blur streaked upward—Boros. He appeared above Ron, fists clenched together, and brought them crashing down toward his back.
But a flash of electric blue light sparked in Ron’s eyes—and in an instant, he vanished.
Boros hit nothing but air.
Ron reappeared above him, lifted his leg, and came crashing down.
WHAM!
Boros was sent hurtling back into the mothership like a falling comet, slamming into the hull and carving out a massive crater.
Ron flash-stepped down, landing in front of Boros at the bottom of the pit. With Armament Haki and the Intent of Strength flowing through his body, he threw a devastating punch down onto Boros’s chest plate.
CRACK!
The armor that sealed Boros’s true power shattered.
He was sent flying again, crashing through the layers of the mothership. As he fell, freed from the shackles of the armor, a new, terrifying energy erupted from his body—and his appearance began to change.
"Now... let’s begin Round Two."
Boros: Energy Unleashed!
