Chapter 109: Chapter 109: She Wants to Take Elaine as Her Master

Nora returned to the room to pack her things.

Aaron was glaring at Jasper with eyes that seemed like they could shoot fire: "Mr. Sinclair, you really have a lot of free time."

He spoke through gritted teeth, and the woman next to him, having sensed the explosive atmosphere between the two, shrugged, not daring to say more.

However, this man’s surname is Sinclair, such a unique surname, could he be the one?

She looked again with some curiosity.

But the head of the Sinclair Family rarely appeared in front of the media, and very few people knew what he looked like.

"Not as much as President Lowell, who is so interested in someone else’s wife." And so they went back and forth, neither giving in to the other.

Unfortunately, as the leading lady, Nora was not present in this showdown.

With a cold snort, Aaron turned around and left with the designer.

Back in the car, the woman hesitantly asked, "Was that the famous President Sinclair?"

It wasn’t her fault for being curious, it was hard not to be.

Aaron glanced at her coldly and said, "No, you got it wrong."

After saying that, he stepped on the gas and drove away, deciding not to rush.

Meanwhile, seeing Aaron leave, Nora breathed a small sigh of relief. Just as she was thinking of an excuse to let Jasper leave first, he spoke up: "Didn’t I say I’d pick you up to go home?"

He frowned at her, seemingly not sensing any intention of leaving, and curiously asked.

The coldness in his eyes slightly melted away.

He had to admit that when he first came up, he felt a surge of anger.

But seeing that she clearly had no interest in Aaron, he felt slightly better.

"I still have things to do. Mr. Sinclair, you should go back first." The situation wasn’t too big or too small, but she simply didn’t like being alone with Jasper.

Every time she saw him, she was reminded of what had happened at the hotel before.

Jasper pursed his lips, knowing he was in the wrong, and sat obediently by her side, touching his nose.

Nora looked at him like this and felt quite helpless. She really didn’t have the time to deal with him right now.

After she met with Yuna last time, Yuna began to take action.

When she released a new series, Yuna followed closely, not plagiarizing, but rather building on her original foundation to a higher level.

It’s not just because Yuna’s resources are larger than her studio’s.

Part of the reason is that her knowledge of perfume is not as in-depth as Yuna’s. She only has her experience and the guidance from her mentor.

She was eager to learn, but she wasn’t sure if the mentor would be willing to set this precedent.

Thinking of this, she couldn’t help but sigh.

"What’s wrong?" Jasper, having watched her anxiously sigh one moment and then smile in relief the next, finally couldn’t hold back and asked.

She hesitated for a moment but finally shared her thoughts with him.

"I just don’t know if my mentor would be willing. After all, Yuna was her previous student." She smiled self-deprecatingly for a moment, seeing Jasper’s stern face, unsure of what he was thinking, she assumed he wasn’t interested in her matters: "It’s nothing, I’m just venting a little. If Mr. Sinclair has nothing else to do, wait for me and we’ll leave together."

With that, she lowered her head and continued working.

Watching her engrossed in her work, Jasper suddenly found it difficult to look away.

The orange sunset streamed in through the window, casting a glow on the side of her face. Her small face, focused intently on the documents in her hands, the usually gentle eyes now tinged with determination.

Unknowingly, his gaze was completely drawn to Nora.

About half an hour later, she finally raised her head from her work, and the moment their eyes met, her heart skipped a beat.
